1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the qq555 website accessible at qq555.ws, including all pages, subpages, features, games, and services provided therein.
• "qq555" or "we" or "us" refers to the operator of the qq555 platform.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the qq555 platform.

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's account, inclusive of real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds tracked separately.

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active qq555 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers by the same individual — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, qq555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or pending withdrawals.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. qq555 accepts no responsibility for payment delays or account access issues arising from outdated or inaccurate registration information.

4.1 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for choosing a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. qq555 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You must notify qq555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

4.2 Account Currency

qq555 accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to player accounts. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

qq555 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations. Players may be required to complete KYC verification at any time, and in particular before processing any withdrawal request above the applicable threshold.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission

6 Deposits

Players may fund their qq555 accounts using any of the approved payment methods listed on the platform's Payment page. Approved methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. 6.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for outbound transactions. Where this is not possible, qq555 will contact the player to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in the player's account balance.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Upon approval, funds are typically transferred to the player's bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account within one to three business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three banking business days. These timeframes are indicative and may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, passed KYC verification, and have no outstanding disputes on the account. qq555 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, including requesting proof of payment method ownership.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

qq555 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and not to the deposited real-money funds.

8.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are detailed in the terms of each promotion.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from that bonus will be forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated or reissued.

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion with other players to exchange bonus value, and any other conduct that qq555 determines to be in bad faith.

9 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and virtual sports markets on the qq555 platform. Game-specific rules for cricket, football, kabaddi, and virtual sports are published on the respective category pages.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted only when the player receives an explicit on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from the account balance. Bets that do not generate a confirmation screen have not been placed. qq555 bears no responsibility for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

9.2 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been confirmed at specific odds, those odds are fixed and will not be altered retroactively, except in cases of obvious technical error (see Section 9.4).

9.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in full in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended prior to the event starting; the event does not commence within a specified window of the scheduled start time; or qq555 determines that a technical error affected the offer of the market.

9.4 Technical Errors

In the event that a clearly incorrect price or line is offered due to a technical malfunction or data error, qq555 reserves the right to void all bets placed on that market and return all stakes, regardless of the outcome. "Clearly incorrect" means an odds value that deviates materially from the true market price and that a reasonable person would recognise as erroneous.

9.5 Match Fixing and Integrity

qq555 is committed to the integrity of sport. Any player suspected of involvement in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption affecting the outcome of an event on which bets have been placed will have their account immediately suspended and all associated bets and winnings voided. qq555 cooperates with relevant sporting bodies and authorities in any resulting investigation.

10 Casino Games

All casino games available on the qq555 platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and virtual sports — are supplied by certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. The RNG (random number generator) engines and RTP (return to player) figures for all games are independently audited.

10.1 Game Rules

10.2 Malfunction

15 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this clause shall prevent qq555 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing Prohibited Conduct.
